This project is located in Portland, Oregon. The Radiator Building was another one of our design build efforts that strived to create a unique, but functional building, and within a budget. This building is a five story office building with lower level parking and retail. The green roof creates a great atmosphere for the office personnel. This was framed with heavy exposed timber and each pipe was routed with strategic planning to minimize the plumbing and accent the beautiful exposed framing. This smaller project was a joy to see come together.
