GENERAL MANAGER

SARAH HOMOLA

GENERAL MANAGER

Sarah Homola has worked as the CFO at Atlas Mechanical since 2005. She is accountable for all of the Financial Operations of the company. Her duties consist of Budget Management, Forecasting Needs, Securing Funding, Financial Planning, and Record-Keeping. Sarah also participates in key decisions for the future of the company. Sarah has been a fundamental key in our growth and success over the years. Without her Knowledge, Expertise, and Oversight, we wouldn’t be where we’re at, today! 

OPERATIONS

MATT BRIGHT

PLUMBING OPERATIONS MANAGER

Matt Bright began his relationship with Atlas Mechanical in 2010, as a Lead Foreman. He has worn many hats during his tenure with Atlas. Matt is a Journeyman Plumber, and his time in the field allows Communication between General Contractors and Atlas Employees to be seamless. Matt also heads up all of our design-build efforts, and is currently the Operations Manager for our Plumbing Division. 

DARRIN STEWART

HVAC OPERATIONS MANAGER

Darrin Stewart started Plumbing in 2003. He has been a Journeyman Plumber since 2007 and has held his Journeyman Boilers License since 2018. Since 2007, he had acted as a Supervisor for six years and an estimator for one year, before he was hired on as a Project Manager at Atlas Mechanical in October of 2015. Darrin worked as a Project Manager for six years. In August of 2021, Darrin moved into the Operations Manager role, to grow the HVAC/Mechanical Division of Atlas.

ESTIMATING

JARRETT HALME

SENIOR PLUMBING ESTIMATOR

Jarrett started with Atlas Mechanical in September of 2018. In 2020, he transitioned into the office and had been assisting the Project Managers on the projects, as a Project Engineer. In 2021, he was promoted, and moved into the role of Senior Plumbing Estimator. Jarrett is always looking to improve systems. His problem-solving abilities, and propensity to streamline processes, makes him a valuable asset to our team and culture.

ALAN HOODENPYL

PLUMBING ESTIMATOR

Alan comes from a specialized Industrial Piping background, with experience up and down the entire West Coast. He has worked in many different roles including Estimation, Project Management, and Field Supervision. His skills as both a big picture planner, and a Methodical Problem Solver, make him a strong and knowledgable addition to our estimation team.

ISRAEL SANCHEZ

PLUMBING ESTIMATOR

Israel joined the Atlas team in 2023, and more recently transitioned into a new position within the office. He started with us as a Plumber, but has since, joined our Estimating Department. We are excited for the future and seeing him grow and succeed in this new role.

PROJECT MANAGERS

ANDREW GAYLOR

PLUMBING PROJECT MANAGER

Andrew is a dual card Journeyman and has worked at Atlas Mechanical since 2012. He has experience in the field as a Foreman, running some of the company’s largest Multi-Family Projects, in Portland and Vancouver. In early 2021, he transitioned to the office to take on a new challenge, as the Senior Project Manager. His experience in the field, great leadership skills, and relationships with key builders, have made him a perfect fit for this position.

ISAAC JOHNSON

PLUMBING PROJECT MANAGER

Isaac worked as an installer on many of our projects before moving into the office as a Project Engineer. Since then, his head on approach to problem solving and quick learning ability has led him to a new position as a Plumbing Project Manager. Isaac’s uplifting camaraderie and competitive nature fit well with the Atlas culture and are a great asset to the company.

LUCAS SMARR

PLUMBING PROJECT MANAGER

Lucas is a Journeyman Plumber who has an ample background in Plumbing. He has worked directly with, and overseen Crews and Leads in some of our Commercial Plumbing jobs. In 2023, Lucas transitioned out of the field, and took on the new role of a Plumbing Project Manager. His knowledge, willingness to take on hard tasks, and quick-wit have been beneficial to him in this role. Lucas has been a great addition to our Project Management team, and we’re excited to see him succeed in this role. 

BUILDING INFORMATION MODELING

BENJI BRODERSON

BIM/PRE-CONSTRUCTION MANAGER

In October 2020, Benji joined our growing Building Information Modeling team. Benji’s knowledge and background, coupled with his Journeyman Plumbers’ card, has been a great strength and resource for our team. He is extremely skilled and well versed in the understanding of plumbing systems, and overseeing projects in the field. This has ensured the process from pre-fabrication, to the field, runs smoothly. Currently, Benji oversees all of our Plumbing Pre-Fabrication, and Building Information Modeling. Atlas is very fortunate to have him on our team. 

RYAN WIRTANEN

BIM ENGINEER

Ryan currently is part of Building Information Modeling team. He does a great job of creating Virtual Plumbing Systems for Clash Coordination and Pre-Fabrication. He is very insightful and has been a wonderful addition to our BIM Department, and more-so, our Atlas team. 

ELIJAH MOREY

BIM ENGINEER

Elijah worked his way up to a Plumbing Foreman, before recently moving into our Building Information Modeling Department. His knowledge and experience in the field has been very beneficial in helping him transition into this new role. He’s a great addition to our BIM Department, and we are thrilled to watch him grow and succeed.

HVAC

GLEN GEURIN

PROJECT MANAGER/SENIOR HVAC ESTIMATOR

Glen joined the Atlas team in 2023, and more recently transitioned into the role of a Project Manager. He comes from a very skillful background that has been beneficial to our HVAC Division. He brings an abundance of knowledge to the table when it comes to HVAC, Mechanical Systems, and Equipment. Glen is a great addition to our team.

Rufina Berishev

HVAC Project Engineer

Rufina joined our HVAC Division, in the summer of 2022. Her role has been an Installer in the field. Recently, she transitioned into a new position, as the HVAC Project Engineer. Her willingness to learn new things and take on any task that is assigned, has been beneficial for Atlas. With this new position, Rufina’s organizational skills will be a good asset for our field crews, and office. We’re excited to have her on our team. 

Alex Carriere

HVAC Estimator

Alex recently joined the Atlas team as an HVAC Estimator. His experience and knowledge includes Sheetmetal Products, Duct Installation, and Estimating. Alex has a lot of potential in this role and we are delighted to see all that he will contribute to our HVAC Division. 

SHOP MANAGER

CALEB BERGMANN

SHOP MANAGER

Caleb Bergmann has had a rapid career trajectory in the plumbing industry. Starting in 2018 and obtaining his Journeyman card in 2023 shows a strong dedication to the trade. Taking on the responsibility of running our prefab in 2022 indicates that he has both the skills and the leadership qualities necessary to coordinate builds and deliveries efficiently, both in the shop and in the field. His experience and expertise make him a valuable asset to our team.

Administration

BRITTANY HARDS

HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGER

Brittany is the perfect fit for Atlas Mechanical as the HR/Office Manager. She has a Bachelors Degree from Washington State University in Human Resource Management and has Minors in Psychology and Business Administration. Brittany is also a Certified Professional in Human Resource Management (SHRM-CP). She handles a number of areas and tasks simultaneously and her 5+ years of experience in Human Resources and 4+ years in Construction make her an excellent fit for our team.

NATE WILSON

PURCHASING MANAGER

Nate joined the Atlas team in 2023, and took over the role of Purchasing Manager. He is a great resource to our team, and especially our field employees. Our field employees wouldn’t have the ability to order materials, supplies, and equipment, if it weren’t for Nate being on top of generating PO numbers, and making sure the financial side of our suppliers accounts, is maintained. He plays an integral role in having the necessary tools for our field employees to complete their day to day tasks. We appreciate all that he does for us.

TERRI PEREZ

FRONT DESK/OFFICE ASSISTANT

Terri recently joined the Atlas team, at the end of 2023. Her communication skills and organization, have been a great resource for our employees. She does a great job of keeping our team organized. Terri has been a great addition to Atlas, and we’re grateful for all that she does.
