Our HVAC division was proud to support the buildout of Paris Baguette’s new location in Lynnwood, WA, for this internationally recognized bakery and café brand. This project required a comprehensive ventilation solution specifically designed to support the needs of a busy commercial kitchen and comfortable dining area. Our team installed a full grease duct system, including a vertical shaft and all associated ductwork, engineered to safely and efficiently manage high volumes of kitchen exhaust while meeting all local and national code requirements. The installation was carefully coordinated with other trades and tailored to the kitchen layout, ensuring optimal airflow, fire safety, and long-term performance in a fast-paced food service environment.
