Monticello Park is one of our projects that is located in Longview, WA. As part of a comprehensive initiative to modernize the facility and enhance overall building performance, our HVAC team was tasked with upgrading multiple rooftop units. The existing units, which were no longer meeting the demands of the building, were replaced with high-efficiency models that significantly improved both heating and ventilation systems. These new rooftop units provide consistent and reliable climate control throughout the facility, ensuring a comfortable and healthy environment for residents and staff year-round. Additionally, the upgraded units contribute to improved energy efficiency, reducing operational costs and supporting the facility’s long-term sustainability goals.
