This project involved the full mechanical build-out for a new Costco Wholesale store in Ridgefield, Washington, designed to meet the rapidly growing demand for retail space in the area. Spanning 151,000 square feet, the project was completed on an accelerated timeline. Atlas was awarded both the Plumbing and HVAC scope for this high-profile retail build. Our HVAC team installed a comprehensive system that included rooftop units for optimal heating and cooling, high-efficiency ventilation fans to maintain air quality, along with kitchen hoods. Additionally, our Plumbing team installed all water piping necessary to support the store’s operations. These systems were designed to improve energy efficiency and support Costco’s operational needs in a high-traffic retail environment.
