This project involved HVAC support for a kitchen remodel at a senior living facility in Auburn, WA. Our team began by carefully removing the existing grease hood and dishwasher hood systems to prepare the space for construction, ensuring all components were preserved for reinstallation. Once the remodel was complete, we reinstalled the original hoods to maintain continuity with the facility’s ventilation setup. In addition, we removed and replaced the outdated kitchen make-up air unit and one of the rooftop units, upgrading the system for improved performance, reliability, and energy efficiency. The result is a fully refreshed and functional kitchen environment that meets the needs of both staff and residents.
