Sarah is the driving force behind Atlas Mechanical. As our Owner and General Manager, she shapes our company’s vision and success with her passion and dedication. Her role goes far beyond management; she skillfully oversees our finances, plans for the future, and secures the resources we need to thrive. A key contributor to our decision-making, Sarah helps guide the direction of our team and ensures we’re always moving forward. Her commitment, warmth, and hands-on approach have been essential to our achievements over the years. With a wealth of experience in the trades industry, Lars brings expertise in management, operations and streamlining systems that drive success. Since joining our team in the spring of 2024, he has been instrumental in developing new systems that enhance efficiency and improve workflow. By establishing effective systems, Lars lays a solid foundation for our continued growth and success, ensuring we’re not just meeting today’s challenges, but also prepared for tomorrow’s opportunities, His dedication to innovation and problem-solving ensures our team operates at its best. MATT BRIGHT
PLUMBING OPERATIONS MANAGER
Since joining Atlas Mechanical in 2010 as a Lead Foreman, Matt has taken on many roles, gaining invaluable field experience as a Journeyman Plumber. His deep industry knowledge allows him to facilitate seamless communication between General Contractors and our team while also leading our design-build efforts. Now serving as the Operations Manager for our Plumbing Division, Matt plays a vital role in ensuring efficiency and innovation. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family, fishing, and watching football. His dedication and expertise make him an integral part of our success.

DARRIN STEWART
HVAC OPERATIONS MANAGER
With over 20 years in the industry, Darrin earned his Journeyman Plumber license in 2007 and his Boiler License in 2018. In 2021, he became the HVAC Operations Manager, playing a key role in growing our HVAC/Mechanical Division. He is deeply committed to both his team and our customers, always going the extra mile to provide support, guidance, and top-quality service. Darrin prioritizes employee success and customer satisfaction, creating a work environment built on teamwork and excellence, Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with family, fishing, hunting, and tackling home improvement projects. Whether on the job or outdoors, he brings the same passion and precision to everything he does.

KRISTINA ROSLING
GLOBAL CONTROLLER
Kristina joined our team as a Controller in August 2024, and her “go-getter attitude” has already made a remarkable impact. With a sharp focus on financial efficiency, she works diligently to ensure our financial processes run like a well-oiled machine. From her very first day, Kristina has embraced a solutions-oriented approach, diving deep into existing workflows to identify areas for improvement and implementing innovative strategies that elevate both our staff’s experience and the overall success of the company. When she’s not navigating the numbers, Kristina enjoys spending quality time with her family, exploring new places, and making lasting memories. Her infectious enthusiasm and commitment to excellence truly make her an invaluable addition to our team!

TANA WILLIAMS
STAFF ACCOUNTANT
Tana joined the Atlas team in November 2024 as our Staff Accountant, bringing with her a passion for numbers and a commitment to excellence. In her role, she provides essential financial and administrative support that keeps our operations running smoothly and efficiently. Her keen attention to detail and proactive attitude ensure that no task is too big or small—Tana is always ready to tackle challenges head-on. With a knack for problem-solving, she consistently identifies ways to enhance our processes and contribute to the overall success of the team. Outside of work, Tana is an avid reader who enjoys exploring new genres and stories, and she loves spending quality time with her dog while exploring the great outdoors. HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER
Brittany serves as the Human Resources Manager at Atlas Mechanical, where she applies her extensive background in human resources to keep operations running smoothly and ensure employees are well taken care of. With a degree in Human Resource Management from Washington State University, along with Minors in Psychology and Business Administration, she possesses a diverse skill set that effectively supports our team. As a Certified Professional in Human Resource Management (SHRM-CP), Brittany expertly manages multiple responsibilities while making sure every employee feels valued and appreciated. With over 5+ years of experience in Human Resources and 4+ years in the construction industry, she has a strong understanding of our team’s needs. Brittany is dedicated to improving our workplace culture, optimizing operations, and making Atlas a great place to work. We’re thrilled to have her as an integral member of our team!

JARRETT HALME
SENIOR PLUMBING ESTIMATOR
Jarrett joined Atlas Mechanical in September 2018, bringing a passion for excellence to our team. In 2020, he transitioned to the office as a Project Engineer, where he assisted Project Managers in bringing projects to life. His hard work and dedication led to a well-deserved promotion in 2021, when he stepped into the role of Senior Plumbing Estimator. Always on the lookout for ways to enhance our systems, Jarrett’s keen problem-solving skills and talent for streamlining processes make him an invaluable asset to our team and company culture. With Jarrett’s innovative mindset and commitment to improvement, he helps us tackle challenges head-on and elevate our success!

JORDAN KENWORTHY
PLUMBING ESTIMATOR
Jordan joined Atlas Mechanical in January 2025, bringing over six years of estimation experience that quickly made him an integral member of our team. With a solid foundation in estimation and a genuine eagerness to learn, he is ready to make a positive impact in our estimation department. Outside of work, Jordan loves spending quality time with his kids, fishing, cheering them on at their sporting events, and working on motorbikes and ATVs. His adventurous spirit and hands-on approach perfectly align with our dynamic team culture, and we’re thrilled to have him on board as we work together to achieve great success!

ANDREW GAYLOR
SENIOR PLUMBING PROJECT MANAGER
Andrew is a dual card Journeyman who has been with Atlas Mechanical since 2012. With extensive experience as a Foreman, he has successfully managed some of the company’s largest multi-family projects in Portland and Vancouver. In early 2021, Andrew transitioned to the role of Senior Project Manager, where his field expertise, strong leadership skills, and relationships with key builders make him an invaluable asset. Extremely knowledgeable and resilient, he never backs down from a challenge, ensuring every project is completed to the highest standard. Above all, Andrew genuinely cares about his team’s well-being and success, fostering a positive work environment and demonstrating true dedication to his crew at Atlas Mechanical.

BENJI BRODERSON
PLUMBING PROJECT MANAGER & PRE-CON.
Benji joined our Building Information Modeling team in October 2020, and his background as a Journeyman Plumber quickly made him a valuable member. With a strong understanding of plumbing systems and hands-on experience, he oversees projects and crews as the Plumbing Project Manager, ensuring everything runs smoothly from start to finish. Always ready to lend a hand to different departments, including BIM, Benji’s eagerness to learn and try new things truly sets him apart. Outside of work, he enjoys camping, fishing, and spending quality time with his family while soaking up the great outdoors. We’re excited to have Benji on our team, where his enthusiasm and dedication contribute to our success!

RYAN WIRTANEN
BIM MANAGER
Ryan has been an integral part of the Atlas team for four years, dedicating three of those years as a BIM Engineer before stepping into his new role as BIM Manager. His creative approach and insightful perspective have made a significant impact on our BIM Department. In this role, Ryan spearheads the development of cutting-edge Virtual Plumbing Systems for clash coordination and pre-fabrication, enhancing project efficiency and streamlining our processes. We’re excited to see Ryan excel in this position and look forward to the innovative contributions he will bring as he continues to inspire and elevate our team’s success!

ELIJAH MOREY
BIM ENGINEER
Elijah joined the Atlas team in 2018 as an apprentice plumber and quickly progressed to Journeyman before making the transition to the office. Now, he brings his extensive knowledge and hands-on experience to our BIM Department as an Engineer, where he crafts detailed 3D models of plumbing systems for our ongoing projects. Outside of work, Elijah loves embracing the great outdoors, enjoying activities like hiking, fishing, and hunting. His dedication to both his work and his passions makes him a valuable member of our team!

GLEN GEURIN
HVAC PROJECT MANAGER
Glen joined the Atlas team in 2023 as our Senior HVAC Estimator and has since transitioned into his new role as an HVAC Project Manager. His extensive background in the trade has made a positive impact on our HVAC Division. With a wealth of knowledge in HVAC, mechanical systems, and equipment, Glen provides invaluable expertise that drives success and fosters innovation in our projects. Outside of work, he is a devoted family man who loves giving back to the community through charity work, cheering on his favorite sports teams, and creating unforgettable memories with his kids. Glen’s passion and dedication make him an exceptional addition to our team, and we can’t wait to see all the incredible accomplishments he will achieve!

Rufina Berishev
HVAC Project Engineer
Since joining Atlas in 2022, Rufina has made a significant impact, starting as an HVAC Installer and swiftly advancing to HVAC Project Engineer. Her quick learning, determination, and adaptability have established her as an invaluable asset to our team. Additionally, she excels as the HVAC Purchaser, expertly managing materials and supplies for the HVAC division to ensure every project runs seamlessly. Rufina wears many hats and is always ready to help wherever there’s a need. Outside of work, she is passionate about helping others, channels her creativity through music, and treasures quality time with family and friends. Her enthusiasm and commitment to her work make her a valuable member of our team!

HVAC Estimator
Alex joined the Atlas team in February 2024 as an HVAC Estimator, bringing with him a background of experience in sheet metal products, ductwork, and estimation. His knowledge has been valuable to the growth and success of our HVAC division, where he applies his skills with precision and insight. Outside of work, Alex enjoys the excitement of attending concerts, cheering on his favorite sports teams, and making lasting memories with his family. NATE WILSON
PURCHASING MANANGER
Nate is a vital member of our team, serving as the Purchasing Manager at Atlas. With his sharp attention to detail and strong communication skills, he ensures we have the right materials and equipment when needed, while focusing on cost efficiency and quality. By fostering strong relationships with our vendors and suppliers, Nate secures the best deals and streamlines our purchasing process, helping to keep our projects on schedule and within budget. Outside of work, he enjoys hiking, mountain biking, and embracing the outdoors, all while making cherished memories with family and friends. Nate’s commitment and enthusiasm truly make him an outstanding asset to our team!

TERRI PEREZ
FRONT DESK/ACCOUNTS PAYABLE
Terri is our front desk receptionist and handles accounts payable, where she manages the input of invoices and vendor transactions into our system to keep things moving along. While she navigates the challenges of her role, she ensures that tasks are completed and the operations run smoothly. Outside of work, Terri enjoys spending time with her dogs, relaxing at the beach, and tackling home improvement projects. Her persistence and dedication contribute to our team!

CHRIS HARRISS
SHOP MANAGER
Chris recently transitioned into a new role as our shop manager. Coming from a background in Mechanics, he has been very helpful to our team in ensuring that all the vehicles and equipment is running smoothly. He spent some time as our Vehicle Mechanic before recently taking on a new role of Shop Manager where he will oversee tools, equipment, and making sure that our field crews have everything they need to be successful. We’re excited to see Chris take on this new opportunity.
