This project is located in Gig Harbor, Washington. This mixed use building was a design build project. This project contains 65 units and an office area over a parking garage and post tension deck. It is four stories of wood framing. The design build process made it possible for the general contractor to reach his budget and have the building reach the desired outcome of the owner.
