With a wealth of experience in the trades industry, Lars brings expertise in management, operations and streamlining systems that drive success. Since joining our team in the spring of 2024, he has been instrumental in developing new systems that enhance efficiency and improve workflow. DARRIN STEWART
HVAC OPERATIONS MANAGER
With over 20 years in the industry, Darrin earned his Journeyman Plumber license in 2007 and his Boiler License in 2018. In 2021, he became the HVAC Operations Manager, playing a key role in growing our HVAC/Mechanical Division. He is deeply committed to both his team and our customers, always going the extra mile to provide support, guidance, and top-quality service. Darrin prioritizes employee success and customer satisfaction, creating a work environment built on teamwork and excellence, Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with family, fishing, hunting, and tackling home improvement projects. Whether on the job or outdoors, he brings the same passion and precision to everything he does.
BENJI BRODERSON
PLUMBING OPERATIONS MANAGER
Benji joined our Building Information Modeling team in October 2020, and his background as a Journeyman Plumber quickly made him a valuable member. With a strong understanding of plumbing systems and hands-on experience, he oversees projects and crews as the Plumbing Operations Manager, ensuring everything runs smoothly from start to finish. Always ready to lend a hand to different departments, including BIM, Benji’s eagerness to learn and try new things made him a perfect fit. Outside of work, he enjoys camping, fishing, and spending quality time with his family while soaking up the great outdoors. We’re excited to have Benji on our team, where his enthusiasm and dedication contribute to our success!

Kristina joined our team as a Controller in August 2024, and her “go-getter attitude” has already made a remarkable impact. With a sharp focus on financial efficiency, she works diligently to ensure our financial processes run like a well-oiled machine. From her very first day, Kristina has embraced a solutions-oriented approach, diving deep into existing workflows to identify areas for improvement and implementing innovative strategies that elevate both our staff’s experience and the overall success of the company. When she’s not navigating the numbers, Kristina enjoys spending quality time with her family, exploring new places, and making lasting memories. TANA O'NEAL
STAFF ACCOUNTANT
Tana joined the Atlas team in November 2024 as our Staff Accountant, bringing with her a passion for numbers and a commitment to excellence. In her role, she provides essential financial and administrative support that keeps our operations running smoothly and efficiently. Her keen attention to detail and proactive attitude ensure that no task is too big or small—Tana is always ready to tackle challenges head-on. With a knack for problem-solving, she consistently identifies ways to enhance our processes and contribute to the overall success of the team. Outside of work, Tana is an avid reader who enjoys exploring new genres and stories, and she loves spending quality time with her dog while exploring the great outdoors. Brittany serves as the Human Resources Manager at Atlas Mechanical, where she applies her extensive background in human resources to keep operations running smoothly and ensure employees are well taken care of. With a degree in Human Resource Management from Washington State University, along with Minors in Psychology and Business Administration, she possesses a diverse skill set that effectively supports our team. As a Certified Professional in Human Resource Management (SHRM-CP), Brittany expertly manages multiple responsibilities while making sure every employee feels valued and appreciated. With over 5+ years of experience in Human Resources and 4+ years in the construction industry, she has a strong understanding of our team’s needs. Brittany is dedicated to improving our workplace culture, optimizing operations, and making Atlas a great place to work. We’re thrilled to have her as an integral member of our team!
TERRI PEREZ
FRONT DESK/ACCOUNTS PAYABLE
Terri is our front desk receptionist and handles accounts payable, where she manages the input of invoices and vendor transactions into our system to keep things moving along. While she navigates the challenges of her role, she ensures that tasks are completed and the operations run smoothly. Outside of work Terri enjoys spending time with her dogs, relaxing at the beach and tackling home improvement projects.

Jarrett joined Atlas Mechanical in September 2018, bringing a passion for excellence to our team. In 2020, he transitioned to the office as a Project Engineer, where he assisted Project Managers in bringing projects to life. His hard work and dedication led to a well-deserved promotion in 2021, when he stepped into the role of Senior Plumbing Estimator. In 2023 he earned his journey mans license. Always on the lookout for ways to enhance our systems, Jarrett’s keen problem-solving skills and talent for streamlining processes make him an invaluable asset to our team and company culture. With Jarrett’s innovative mindset and commitment to improvement, he helps us tackle challenges head-on and elevate our success!
JORDAN KENWORTHY

Jordan joined Atlas Mechanical in January 2025, bringing over six years of estimation experience that quickly made him an integral member of our team. With a solid foundation in estimation and a genuine eagerness to learn, he is ready to make a positive impact in our estimation department. Outside of work, Jordan loves spending quality time with his kids, fishing, cheering them on at their sporting events, and working on dirtbikes and ATVs. His adventurous spirit and hands-on approach perfectly align with our dynamic team culture, and we’re thrilled to have him on board as we work together to achieve great success!

Ben joined the team in February of 2025 bringing 15 years of experience in plumbing, his journey man license and 7 years in estimation with him. His ability to work well with others and strong communication makes him a great fit for the role. In his free time he enjoys CrossFit, basketball, and spending time with family and friends

Elijah joined the Atlas team in 2018 as an apprentice plumber and quickly progressed to Journeyman before making the transition to the office. Now, he brings his extensive knowledge and hands-on experience to Project Management where he ensures the jobs are running smoothly. Outside of work, Elijah loves embracing the great outdoors, enjoying activities like hiking, fishing, and hunting. His dedication to both his work and his passions makes him a valuable member of our team!
ANDREW GAYLOR

Andrew is a dual card Journeyman who has been with Atlas Mechanical since 2012. With extensive experience as a Foreman, he has successfully managed some of the company’s largest multi-family projects in Portland and Vancouver. In early 2021, Andrew transitioned to the role of Senior Project Manager, where his field expertise, strong leadership skills, and relationships with key builders make him an invaluable asset. Extremely knowledgeable and resilient, he never backs down from a challenge, ensuring every project is completed to the highest standard. Above all, Andrew genuinely cares about his team’s well-being and success, fostering a positive work environment and demonstrating true dedication to his crew at Atlas Mechanical.

Tyler joined Atlas Mechanical in 2019 and has steadily advanced within the company, earning his Journeyman Plumber certification in 2024. Following this milestone, he transitioned into a Project Manager role, where he continues to grow his expertise and develop into a well-rounded leader. Known for his dependability, strong work ethic, and positive attitude, Tyler brings a high level of attention to detail and a commitment to quality that drives project success. Whether managing operations on fast-paced job sites or collaborating closely with team members, he consistently focuses on doing things right the first time and supporting continuous improvement. Outside of work, Tyler enjoys quadding at the sand dunes, golfing, and spending quality time with his family and close friends.

Ryan has been an integral part of the Atlas team for four years, dedicating three of those years as a BIM Engineer before stepping into his new role as BIM Manager. His creative approach and insightful perspective have made a significant impact on our BIM Department. In this role, Ryan spearheads the development of cutting-edge Virtual Plumbing Systems for clash coordination and pre-fabrication, enhancing project efficiency and streamlining our processes. We’re excited to see Ryan excel in this position and look forward to the innovative contributions he will bring as he continues to inspire and elevate our team’s success!
GLEN GEURIN
Glen has worked in construction for 28 years, 14 of those being in HVAC. He oversees the estimation projects and assists as needed. When he isn’t working he is heavily involved in volunteer and non-profit charity groups, likes to ride his motorcycle, golf and visit cool food places.

With 20 years of experience in the mechanical field and a decade specializing in HVAC, Trevor brings a deep level of knowledge and hands-on expertise to every project. His dedication to quality workmanship and problem-solving makes him a valuable part of our team. Outside of work, Trevor enjoys coaching and cheering on his son’s football team.

Chase joined Atlas Mechanical in 2025 and has quickly became a key contributor to the team, known for his follow through, work ethic and reliability, chase is dedicated to mastering the systems that power the modern buildings- focusing on efficiency, quality and doing his job right for the customer. Having started his career as a field technician he brings hands on experience and real world perspective to his current role in project management. He takes pride in clear communication, collaborative problem solving and supporting project success from start to finish. When Chase isn’t at work he enjoys golfing, yard work, and spending time with his family and friends.

Alex joined the Atlas team in February 2024 as an HVAC Estimator, bringing with him a background of experience in sheet metal products, ductwork, and estimation. His knowledge has been valuable to the growth and success of our HVAC division, where he applies his skills with precision and insight. Outside of work, Alex enjoys the excitement of attending concerts, cheering on his favorite sports teams, and making lasting memories with his family. His passion for his work and life beyond it truly make him a valued member of our team!

With 8 years of experience in the HVAC industry, Jen brings a strong work ethic and passion to everything she does. Starting her career as a bid coordinator, she worked her way up to become a dedicated HVAC estimator—putting her all into every project. Known for her reliability and drive, she’s a true team player who takes pride in her work. Outside the office, she enjoys scenic road trips and spending quality time with her family and friends.

Nate is a vital member of our team, serving as the Purchasing Manager at Atlas. With his sharp attention to detail and strong communication skills, he ensures we have the right materials and equipment when needed, while focusing on cost efficiency and quality. By fostering strong relationships with our vendors and suppliers, Nate secures the best deals within the budget. Outside of work he enjoys hiking, mountain biking, and embracing the outdoors, all while making cherished memories with family and friends.

Brenda is a Senior Buyer with over 20 years of experience. She is great at negotiating with vendors, managing budgets and keeping projects on schedule by making sure materials arrive on time. When Brenda isn’t working she enjoys gardening, scuba diving, kayaking, camping and spending time with her family.

CHRIS HARRISS
SHOP LEAD
Chris recently transitioned into a new role as our shop lead. Coming from a background in Mechanics, he has been very helpful to our team in ensuring that all the vehicles and equipment is running smoothly. He spent some time as our Vehicle Mechanic before recently taking on a new role of Shop Lead where he oversee tools, equipment, and making sure that our field crews have everything they need to be successful. We’re excited to see Chris take on this new opportunity.
