HVAC BIM Technician
Summary

Support the design, coordination, and documentation of commercial HVAC systems using Building Information Modeling (BIM) software. This position works closely with project managers, engineers, field personnel, and other trades to produce accurate, coordinated models and shop drawings for commercial construction projects.

Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Develop HVAC coordination drawings using Revit MEP and AutoCAD.
  2. Perform clash detection and coordination using Navisworks.
  3. Coordinate HVAC systems with structural, plumbing, and electrical trades.

Summary

Laborers perform a variety of tasks, anywhere from a minimum skill level to a challenging skill level.

Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Listen and follow through on direction provided by the Supervisor.
  2. Clean and Prepare the job site.
  3. Deliver and Unpack Materials.
  4. Drilling, Sweeping, and Cleaning.
  5. Tape and Seal Pipe, Install Nail Plates in areas where there is Pipe running through Walls and Studs, etc…
  6. Clean and Wash Equipment, Vehicles, etc…
  7. Insulate Pipe as needed.
  8. Drive to Suppliers to pick up Materials and Equipment as needed.
Minimum Job Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED; willing to perform work directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds.
  • Endurance and Hand-Eye Coordination.
  • Ability to Understand and Communicate Information.
  • Ability to Concentrate on a task.
  • Hard working.
