With over 20 years in the industry, Darrin earned his Journeyman Plumber license in 2007 and his Boiler License in 2018. In 2021, he became the HVAC Operations Manager, playing a key role in growing our HVAC/Mechanical Division. He is deeply committed to both his team and our customers, always going the extra mile to provide support, guidance, and top-quality service. Darrin prioritizes employee success and customer satisfaction, creating a work environment built on teamwork and excellence, Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with family, fishing, hunting, and tackling home improvement projects. Whether on the job or outdoors, he brings the same passion and precision to everything he does.

Benji joined our Building Information Modeling team in October 2020, and his background as a Journeyman Plumber quickly made him a valuable member. With a strong understanding of plumbing systems and hands-on experience, he oversees projects and crews as the Plumbing Operations Manager, ensuring everything runs smoothly from start to finish. Always ready to lend a hand to different departments, including BIM, Benji's eagerness to learn and try new things made him a perfect fit. Outside of work, he enjoys camping, fishing, and spending quality time with his family while soaking up the great outdoors. As HR Manager, she oversees the HR and payroll department, bringing several years of experience in the construction and trades industry. Ralph recently joined our team as Global Controller, bringing with him years of experience in financial analysis and controls within the local construction industry. In 2020, he transitioned to the office as a Project Engineer, where he assisted Project Managers in bringing projects to life. His hard work and dedication led to a well-deserved promotion in 2021, when he stepped into the role of Senior Plumbing Estimator. In 2023 he earned his journey mans license. Always on the lookout for ways to enhance our systems, Jarrett’s keen problem-solving skills and talent for streamlining processes make him an invaluable asset to our team and company culture. With Jarrett’s innovative mindset and commitment to improvement, he helps us tackle challenges head-on and elevate our success!

Andrew is a dual card Journeyman who has been with Atlas Mechanical since 2012. With extensive experience as a Foreman, he has successfully managed some of the company’s largest multi-family projects in Portland and Vancouver. In early 2021, Andrew transitioned to the role of Senior Project Manager, where his field expertise, strong leadership skills, and relationships with key builders make him an invaluable asset. Extremely knowledgeable and resilient, he never backs down from a challenge, ensuring every project is completed to the highest standard. Above all, Andrew genuinely cares about his team's well-being and success, fostering a positive work environment and demonstrating true dedication to his crew at Atlas Mechanical.

Known for his dependability, strong work ethic, and positive attitude, Tyler brings a high level of attention to detail and a commitment to quality that drives project success. Whether managing operations on fast-paced job sites or collaborating closely with team members, he consistently focuses on doing things right the first time and supporting continuous improvement. Ryan has been an integral part of the Atlas team for four years, dedicating three of those years as a BIM Engineer before stepping into his new role as BIM Manager. In this role, Ryan spearheads the development of cutting-edge Virtual Plumbing Systems for clash coordination and pre-fabrication, enhancing project efficiency and streamlining our processes. A Mechanical Engineer with both LEED AP and PMP certifications, Rob combines deep technical expertise with proven leadership to guide projects from concept through construction. Known as a collaborative problem solver, he consistently develops innovative, cost-effective solutions that keep projects on schedule and under budget while delivering exceptional value for clients.
