Insomnia Cookies, a nationally recognized late-night bakery chain, expanded its presence to Seattle, WA, with the opening of a new retail location. Our HVAC team was chosen to do the mechanical scope for this project, ensuring the bakery’s operations would run smoothly and efficiently. The project involved the installation of an HVAC system specifically designed to meet the high demands of a busy bakery environment. We installed two new high-efficiency rooftop units to provide reliable heating, cooling, and ventilation, critical for both the kitchen area and customer-facing spaces. Our team also ensured the system was capable of handling the high-output baking operations, maintaining optimal air quality and temperature control throughout the entire facility.
